CARED & EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

This section provides information on and links to various educational resources on anti-racism and racial discrimination. In addition to these education resources, this section provides links to information on the ACLRC Human Rights Educators and the various programs and educational sessions and programs the centre offers.

 

CARED (Calgary Anti-Racism Education) provides a number of resources and information for anti-racism facilitators and self-guided learners to educate themselves and others on racism. This online resource provides accessible information on racism as well as learning activities to engage with the information provided. This resource is appropriate for both facilitators and self-guided learners.

The ACLRC Human Rights Educators offer a number of free services through the ACLRC’s Human Rights Education Program. From classroom visits to professional development for teachers and administrators, the Human Rights Educators are able to provide presentations on a number of human rights topics, or customize a presentation on a topic of your choice.
